OUR MISSION
Haven Space bridges the gap between boarders and boarding house owners through a seamless digital platform. We empower students to find verified, affordable living spaces near their schools—while giving landlords tools to manage properties efficiently.
CHALLENGES WE OVERCAME
Limited Online Presence
Many boarding houses lacked visibility. We built a centralized platform where owners can list and boarders can discover spaces effortlessly.
Manual Inquiry Process
Traditional boarding searches relied on phone calls and physical visits. We digitized the entire process—application, verification, and communication.
Trust Deficiency
Boarders often doubted listing authenticity. We implemented verification workflows and owner reviews to establish credibility in every transaction.
Fragmented Management
Landlords juggled multiple channels for inquiries and payments. Our unified dashboard consolidates everything into one streamlined experience.
